Booking Policy
All bookings require a £25 non-refundable holding deposit. Appointments must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. This allows preparation of IV drips and materials. Deposits go toward your treatment cost.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 48–72 hours prior to appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in deposit loss. Rescheduling within notice period transfers your deposit.
Mandatory Consultation
No treatments are carried out without prior consultation. This ensures safety, correct treatment selection, proper consent and the best results for you.
Consent Forms & Health History
All clients must complete: Medical history form · Consent agreement · Aftercare acknowledgement. Forms can be submitted electronically and stored securely for record-keeping.
